Lynda has been on a profound journey of awakening since 1980 when she came to America from her native England for a class on sound healing. Since that time, Lynda has been both a student and a facilitator in the areas of personal development, spiritual awakening, healing and meditation. Since 1995 she has been a full time Reiki Master-Teacher and practitioner.

Meeting Astroon
In the year 2000 Lynda began channeling a star being named Astroon. This delightful entity has dedicated a series of lectures in the form of stories, visualizations and teachings designed to accelerate the student's awakening to the core truths each one of us have deep within ourselves.

The Arcturians Arrive
In 2005 a new group of beings made themselves known to Lynda while she was attending a conference with Joan Ocean and the dolphins in Hawaii. These beings introduced themselves as the Arcturians.

Lynda's "Other Life"
In Lynda's other life, she worked in the social services field where she developed and administered programs for disadvantaged youth and developmentally disabled adults.

Currently Lynda is sharing her time between her home in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California and England.

Reiki
Lynda describes her life as, “Before and after Reiki.” This magical healing energy is invaluable in helping individuals attune to their own divine essence in addition to being a wonderful tool for physical, spiritual, mental and emotional healing.
